Can I use my own photo as a starting point? ↓

Yes. You can upload a reference photo and our AI will transform it into a custom art style of your choice — royal portrait, watercolor, anime, and more. The AI generates original artwork inspired by your photo, which is then printed on your chosen product.

Can I order just one product? ↓

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. Order a single mug, one shirt, or just one poster — no problem.

Can I use my own logo? ↓

Yes. If you own the logo, upload it and put it on any product. You may not upload logos or trademarks that belong to someone else — those may be rejected before production.

What content is not allowed? ↓

Illegal content, explicit or adult content, hateful or threatening imagery, content that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, and designs that violate Printify's or Stripe's policies. Designs are reviewed before production.

How long does shipping take? ↓

Products are printed in 2–5 business days. Domestic shipping adds ~5–7 business days; international orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on destination.

What if my product arrives damaged? ↓

If a product arrives damaged or defective we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at support@ovrimo.com with a photo.

Can I get a refund on unused credits? ↓

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you have an issue with your purchase, reach out — we're happy to look into it on a case-by-case basis.
